The puppies started to leave today. Orange (Cleo), Yellow
(Blue), Green (Alley), and Blue Dot (Wade). I am very happy
with everyone of the homes that each of the puppies are
going. This was one of the hardest days for me and at the
same time rewarding just to see all the smiles. To each
of the families I wish you lots of years of companionship.

12-22-08
Puppies received their first shots and micro-chipping
today at Nappanee Veterinary Clinic by Dr. Mattern.
All the puppies a clean bill of health.

Today OreoBay
Livin' On Easy Street "Laney" earned her Junior Water
Dog Certificate. We spent two fabulous days with Deborah
Lee Miller-Riley training at Sterling Lake in Wadsworth,
IL for a beginning basics workshop that was hosted by
PWDCGC.
All I can is say is that this trip for training was
well worth it. I would recommend training with Deborah absolutely.
For more information see her site at
Canine Water Sports.
I will be posting pictures soon.

6-22-08
Today we spent the day at the annual
PWDCGC
picnic. Millcrest
Legasea Of The Bay "Armani" attended with us. Being
a puppy and very inquisitive made this event very special
for him. Lots of other dogs were swimming so he gave it
a try. He loved the water and playing with all the doggies.
My husband and I loved seeing all the dogs enjoying a day
with out may rules. Lots of fun. I will be attending yearly
from now on if my schedule permits it.

6-16-08
All I can say is whoohoo. This weekend was fabulous.
On Saturday at the UKC Premiere weekend
GRCH OreoBay
Livin' On Easy Street "Laney" won Best of Breed honors
with two top 10 AKC dogs in the ring. Entering the group
ring to represent the breed where 28 gun dogs were present.
She remained in the ring down to the final cut of eight.
Although not placing, I am sure proud of her today. Laney
showed like a pro.
Later after group was the Parade of Portugal show with
judge Luis Catalan from Portugal. Congratulations to the
breed and specialty winner of the POP 2008 CH Timberoaks
Music Man and Linda Sheele.
I am including the picture shot of Laney after her long
day in the spotlight at the POP 2008 showing. Doesn't she
just look a bit worn out? :)
Millcrest Legasea
Of The Bay "Armani" won Best Muito Puppy in breed out
of 4 showing. Another whoohoo.
On Sunday, Laney's sister GRCH Oreobay Itzo Easy "Lollie"
won Best of Breed honors.
Backing up a bit to Friday, Laney won Reserve winners
Bitch at the supported entry in Grayslake for the major.
This show was supported by
PWDCGC.

Whoo OreoBay
Livin' On Easy Street "Laney" on earning her first leg
in Rally Novice. I was a wreck and almost disqualified us
by almost touching her. We are continuing to learn together.
Laney's work ethic is becoming stronger as we work together
more.
She also had a strong showing in the conformation ring.
Laney and breeder Nigel took 1st out of the Bred By Exhibitor
Class and also won Best Bred By Exhibitor on Friday.
